01
Employer requirements
The employer sets the workplace, the roles, and the conditions. That description is the brief. A sector name is not a vacancy.
-
02
Candidate sourcing
ABP recruits against the brief. The documented sequence begins with consultation, a document check, and administrative selection. People seeking work are not registered on this website.
-
03
Screening and selection
ABP interviews candidates and arranges the medical examination. Placement documents are signed for the assignment that has been described.
-
04
Language and technical preparation
Where the assignment requires it, candidates prepare in its language, including the vocabulary of the job. A proficiency test is arranged only where the destination or the employer requires one. Occupational training follows the sector. Widuri Training Centre is a training partner for that language and technical preparation, together with other licensed institutions. Those institutions deliver the training.

05
Documents and visa coordination
ABP coordinates the passport, medical papers, employment agreement, and the visa process the destination requires. Coordination is assistance. The visa is decided by the authority that issues it.
-
06
Pre-departure orientation
Before travel, candidates are briefed on the workplace, the culture, and their rights and duties. Fishing-vessel crew are also briefed on life on board. Construction briefing includes the project’s safety standards.
-
07
Deployment coordination
ABP coordinates the departure that belongs to the signed assignment. Timing and permission depend on the employer, the program, and the authorities. This page does not publish a travel date.

08
Monitoring, complaints, and return
ABP stays in contact with the employer and the worker, including periodic monitoring. Workers have a channel to ABP for help or a problem. At the end of the contract, ABP handles the closing administration and the return to Indonesia, and can advise on extension or re-entry within the rules that apply.
