PT Anugerah Bahari Pasifik, ABP Manpower

Industries

Five workplaces. Each one is a different kind of work.

ABP recruits Indonesian people against an employer’s brief. A sector here is a service line, not a vacancy list and not a visa offer.

01 — At sea

Capture fisheries

Fishing-vessel crew, recruited within ABP’s maritime practice. This is capture at sea. It is not fish farming, and it is not the aquaculture program for Korea.

LG voyages are the longer ones, on larger vessels. SG voyages are shorter, on smaller coastal or offshore vessels. The employer names the vessel class and the roles.

Roles prepared for this work

  • Deck hand
  • Experienced cook
  • Experienced engineer

Preparation

For this crew, the documented conditions include a minimum age of 18, height of at least 165 cm, proportional weight, no colour blindness, and no history of major surgery. The documented set can include a seaman book, basic safety training through an institution approved by the competent authority, and a competency certificate tested at TUK Mandiri with LSP Kelautan dan Perikanan, which is BNSP-licensed. Those conditions are not applied to hotel, factory, household, or construction candidates.

For the employer

The employer describes the vessel, the voyage pattern, and the positions. ABP selects and prepares people for that brief, from consultation and interview through documents, briefing, and contact during the assignment.

02 — The household

Domestic services

Household work, placed with an employer who sets the duties. Care of an older person is included only when that is the assignment. That care is household caregiving. It is not licensed nursing, and it is not hotel housekeeping.

Roles prepared for this work

  • Caregiver
  • Domestic helper
  • Housekeeper
  • Babysitter

Preparation

Language and household skills follow the assignment. Widuri Training Centre is a training partner for language and technical preparation, with other licensed institutions. There is no published age or height rule for this service.

For the employer

The employer describes the house, the people in it, and the work. ABP proposes candidates against that description. The page does not publish an open order or a destination list.

03 — The guest

Hospitality

Hotels, resorts, restaurants, and guest operations. Hotel housekeeping belongs in this service. It is a different workplace from private-home domestic work.

  • Housekeeping and public areas
  • Laundry
  • Restaurant and kitchen support
  • Front office assistant
  • Bell staff
  • Resort staff

Preparation follows the property and the role: language for the assignment, and occupational training through Widuri Training Centre or another licensed institution. Duties are adjusted to the employer.

A hotel, resort, or restaurant describes the operation and the positions. ABP recruits and prepares people for that operation. A job title here is a family of work, not a current opening.

Licensed generic photograph of factory work. Not an ABP site.

04 — The plant

Manufacturing

Factory and production work, scoped to the plant an employer describes. The profile covers processing, assembly, packaging, and production support.

Roles prepared for this work

  • Operator
  • Assembly
  • Machine operation
  • Packaging
  • Warehouse
  • Quality control and QA assistance
  • Material handling
  • Qualified forklift
  • General factory work

Forklift is included only where the person meets the qualification the workplace requires. It is not a claim that every candidate is a forklift operator.

Preparation

Technical training is for the manufacturing assignment. It is not hospitality training under another name. Language follows the destination of that assignment.

For the employer

The employer sets the line, the shift pattern, and the standard. ABP selects against that brief and stays in contact through the placement.

Licensed generic photograph of a work site. Not an ABP project.

05 — The project

Construction

Building, infrastructure, industrial, commercial, and residential projects. The trade is agreed for the project. There is no standing list of open sites.

Briefing for this work includes the project’s safety standards, together with the shared preparation: documents, language, and occupational training through a licensed institution, including Widuri Training Centre.

The principal describes the project and the trades. ABP proposes people for those trades. A trade name is not an advertisement of a current foreign order.

Roles prepared for this work

  • Welder
  • Scaffolder
  • Pipe fitter
  • Carpenter
  • Mason
  • Electrical
  • Plumbing
  • Finishing
  • General labour

Partnership

Name the workplace, and the roles.

ABP will say which service the brief belongs to, and what preparation that service requires. People seeking work are not registered on this website.
